Every template on this page is designed and maintained in-house by uiCookies, so the demos, downloads and updates all come from the team that built them. An agency site is judged differently from most business websites: a prospective client reads it as a sample of the work, and assumes the care you took over your own site is the care you will take over theirs.
That sets a clear brief for the site itself. It needs to show proof early, with a work section that puts client names and projects where people will see them, and a services list that says what you actually deliver rather than repeating 'strategy' and 'solutions'. It should explain how a project runs, show the people who will do it, and give one obvious route to a conversation, usually a project or enquiry form. It also has to hold up on a phone, because a referral link is as likely to be opened there as at a desk.
The three templates here span two generations of Bootstrap. Studio and Marketer run on Bootstrap 5 with vanilla JavaScript and no jQuery; Northmark is built on Bootstrap 6, which is still in alpha, vendored at a pinned build. All three are static files with no build step, free for personal and commercial use under the standard uiCookies licence (attribution is optional but always welcome; the full terms are at uicookies.com/license), and each has a live demo and a download page. Their forms validate in the browser but send nothing until you connect them to a form service, inbox or backend.
The templates
Studio

Studio puts the portfolio first. It is a single-page template for small design and branding studios, creative agencies and freelance designers, opening with an oversized-type hero, a colour-blocked headline and a scrolling marquee of disciplines. Below that come a filterable work grid, a numbered list of six services from brand identity and art direction to motion and spatial work, a count-up numbers band, a manifesto block, a greyscale-to-colour team row, a clients strip, an awards line and a contact section with a front-end validated form.
The work grid is the centrepiece: All, Branding, Digital, Spatial and Editorial buttons filter the tiles instantly, and every tile has a hover reveal and image zoom. The cobalt-and-butter palette sits in CSS custom properties, so changing a few values repaints the page. It runs on self-hosted Bootstrap 5 with vanilla JavaScript, inline SVG icons and no jQuery.
Northmark

Northmark is built for brand consultancies and creative agencies that get judged on their client list. It has two pages. The homepage opens with an oversized editorial statement and a three-column position summary, then runs a full-width work index, a four-item capabilities matrix, a numbered four-step process, a client mark grid, studio profiles and a project enquiry form with a budget picker and a multi-select Combobox. The second page is a case study with the brief, approach, results figures and a sticky project facts rail.
Rows in the work index reveal a thumbnail on hover in pure CSS, and on touch they fall back to a clean, readable list instead of a broken effect. The design is editorial monochrome with a single cobalt accent, in full light and dark mode. It runs on Bootstrap 6 (alpha, pinned build) with ESM-only vanilla JavaScript and targets evergreen browsers only.
Marketer

Marketer spreads a marketing or advertising agency across four pages, and its demo copy is the most marketing-specific of the three. The home page opens with strategic management, market analyst and customer care blocks, then a services grid naming SEO, rankings, brand visibility, content marketing, social media and digital marketing, followed by a case studies section. The About page adds principles, standards, capabilities and a three-person team; the Services page covers how you work and why clients choose you; and the Contact page lists office address, phone and email along with a short form.
That SEO-flavoured placeholder copy makes it the closest starting point here for a digital marketing or SEO agency, though it is a general agency template rather than an SEO-specific one. The navigation includes a dropdown menu. Recently rebuilt on Bootstrap 5 with vanilla JavaScript, no jQuery and no build step, it is free, and its footer credit is optional — keep, move or remove it as you like.

How to choose
Start with what you are selling. If the work is visual, such as identities, packaging, campaigns or spatial design, Studio keeps everything on one page and puts a filterable portfolio up front. If clients hire you on the strength of who you have worked for, and you want to walk through one project in depth, Northmark's work index and case study page do exactly that, provided you are comfortable building on Bootstrap 6 while it is still in alpha. If you sell services more than a portfolio and want separate About, Services and Contact pages from day one, Marketer is the more conventional multi-page agency site.
If you arrived looking for an SEO agency or digital marketing template, be aware that none of these was built specifically for SEO. Marketer comes closest, because its demo services already cover SEO, rankings, content marketing and social media, and Northmark's budget picker suits a digital agency that quotes by project. These are static HTML templates rather than WordPress themes, so you edit the files directly or convert them yourself. Whichever you choose, wire the contact or enquiry form to a form service or your CRM before launch, since on its own it sends nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a template made specifically for an SEO agency?
Not at the moment. Marketer is the closest fit: its demo services list SEO, rankings, brand visibility, content marketing and social media, and its About page headline is about getting clients onto the first page of search engines. Swap the placeholder case studies for your own results and it can serve as an SEO agency site.
How do I add my own projects to Studio's filterable portfolio?
Copy an existing grid item in the HTML, point it at your image and tag it with a matching category (Branding, Digital, Spatial or Editorial) so the filter picks it up. There is no data file or CMS involved, and the new tile keeps the same hover reveal and image zoom.
Should I launch a live agency site on Northmark while Bootstrap 6 is in alpha?
Go in knowing the trade-off. Bootstrap 6 has not been released and is still changing, so treat Northmark as a head start on v6 rather than a base you expect to maintain for years. The framework is vendored at a pinned commit, so nothing drifts under you, and it supports evergreen browsers only: Safari 16.4+, Chrome 111+ and Firefox 113+.
Will the project enquiry form send new leads to my inbox?
Not by itself. The forms in Studio, Northmark and Marketer are front end only: they validate in the browser but send nothing until you point them at a form service, an inbox or your own backend. When you do, map Northmark's budget and multi-select fields to whatever you use to track new business.
Can I use these agency templates for client projects?
Yes. All three are free for personal and commercial use, including client work, under the standard uiCookies licence; attribution is optional but always welcome, and the full terms are at uicookies.com/license. Marketer carries a footer credit, which you can keep, move or remove.
