Haven Homes — Free Bootstrap 6 Real Estate Website Template
Haven Homes is a free, premium Bootstrap 6 template for estate agents and property portals. The layout leads with a split hero — copy on one side, a full-height image on the other — and a search panel that straddles the seam between the hero and the page, so search is the first thing in reach rather than an afterthought.
Property search is exactly what Bootstrap 6’s new form components were built for: a multi-select Combobox for property types, a searchable Combobox for bedrooms, Range sliders with live value bubbles for price, Chip input for must-haves, and the Datepicker for viewings and valuations.

Bootstrap 6 is in alpha: 6.0.0-alpha.1 shipped on 8 October 2026, and more breaking changes are expected before the stable release. This template bundles the exact Bootstrap build it was tested against, so nothing changes until you choose to upgrade. Bootstrap 6 supports Chrome and Edge 130+, Firefox 132+ and Safari 18+.
