Every template on this page was designed and is maintained in-house by uiCookies, so this is our own event work rather than a roundup of links to other studios. The set covers the events people most often need a site for: a conference or meetup with speakers and an agenda, a three-day music festival selling passes, a film festival publishing its selection and screening programme, and a family reunion weekend with RSVPs, lodging and a family tree.
Visitors to an event site want four answers within seconds: when is it, where is it, who is on, and how do I get in. That puts the date, the programme and the ticket or booking button ahead of everything else, with venue and travel detail close behind. Many people arrive on a phone from a link in a post or an email, so the schedule has to stay readable on a small screen and the route to a ticket should never be more than a tap away. Accessibility information deserves a proper place too, because people plan their attendance around it.
Each template is a static set of HTML, CSS and JavaScript files with a live demo and a direct download, free for personal and commercial use under the standard uiCookies licence. Attribution is optional but always welcome, so the footer credit can be kept, moved or removed; the full terms are at uicookies.com/license. Conference, Reverb, Reel and Homecoming run on Bootstrap 5 with vanilla JavaScript and no jQuery. Summit is built on Bootstrap 6, which is still in alpha, so treat it as a forward-looking option rather than the safe default. Booking, ticket, RSVP and newsletter forms validate in the browser but send nothing until you connect them to a form service, ticketing platform or backend.
The templates
Summit
Summit is a single-page conference template for meetups and multi-day events, set on a near-black canvas with a single electric accent. An oversized marquee hero carries a bordered date block and a live countdown, then the page goes straight to a speaker grid with gradient name overlays and a schedule tabbed by day; the demo runs three days across two tracks. Three ticket tiers with a highlighted recommendation follow, along with a venue section that includes genuine accessibility detail and an FAQ built on native details elements.
The primary call to action is a booking bar fixed to the bottom of the screen with a live count of remaining tickets. It opens a checkout dialog that uses Combobox for ticket and workshop choice and Chip input for dietary needs. Dark by default, with a light mode included. Built on Bootstrap 6 (alpha, pinned build) with ESM-only vanilla JavaScript and no jQuery.
Conference
Conference covers the essentials of a conference or meetup landing page on one smooth-scrolling page. A full-screen hero holds the event title, date and call to action, followed by a speaker grid with photos and social links and an agenda that runs from doors open and opening remarks through a keynote, a fireside chat and a lunch break to a closing networking party. Three ticket tiers (Early-bird, Ultimate and Platinum), a partner logo strip, a venue block and a single-field "Stay informed" form complete the page. It suits single-day conferences, workshops and seminars selling tickets.
The venue block uses a keyless "view on maps" link instead of an embedded Google Map, so there is no API key or billing to set up. The sticky navbar, smooth scrolling and preloader are plain vanilla JavaScript with no plugin dependencies, and Font Awesome icons are bundled. Built on Bootstrap 5 with no jQuery; the footer credit is optional, so keep or remove it as you like.
Reverb
Reverb treats a festival as a three-day event rather than a single artist's page, styled like a silkscreen gig poster in vermilion, midnight and marigold inks on warm oat paper. The poster hero pairs a scrolling lineup teaser with a live gates-open countdown, the headliners sit in a duotone card grid, and the lineup switches between Friday, Saturday and Sunday tabs in poster billing order. A four-stage set-times grid, four ticket tiers with live status pills, and a travel block covering the free shuttle, driving and rideshare, camping and accessibility give festivalgoers the practical detail they plan around.
Headliner cards bloom from duotone to full colour on hover, an announcement ticker scrolls across the page, and the newsletter form validates name and email before showing a success state. The countdown, ticker and reveal animations respect reduced-motion settings. Built on self-hosted Bootstrap 5 with vanilla JavaScript and inline SVG icons, with no jQuery and nothing loaded from a CDN.
Reel
Reel borrows the look of a printed festival programme rather than a streaming app, with high-contrast Bodoni headlines, a torn-ticket motif and a risograph scarlet-and-petrol palette on warm paper. The single page is built for film festivals and independent cinemas: an official-selection poster grid, a day-by-day programme in calendar tabs, venue photo cards with a talks and industry block, a jury and guests grid, ticket-stub pass cards with perforated edges and a highlighted festival pass, and a tiered sponsor wall. Short-film, documentary and repertory seasons fit it well.
Its standout is the selection grid, which filters posters by strand (Competition, Documentary, Shorts or Retrospective) with no page reload. At-a-glance counters animate while respecting reduced motion, jury portraits desaturate on hover, and navigation moves into a slide-in drawer on mobile. Homecoming
Homecoming is a dedicated family reunion template, shown as the fictional Whitfield Family Reunion at a lakeside lodge. The home page opens with the dates, venue and a live countdown, then covers a day-by-day schedule in tabs, an illustrated venue map, hotel, cabin and camping options with copyable booking codes, a who's coming section with charts, an RSVP form, a T-shirt shop, fees and a contribution fund, a searchable family tree, an FAQ and organiser contacts. A second memories page gathers a filterable photo wall with a lightbox, a share-a-memory form, tributes and a past reunions timeline.
One RSVP per household counts adults, teens, kids and little ones, banquet plates and shirt sizes, with a live headcount and fee summary, and the four-generation family tree collapses by branch on phones and highlights names as you search. Built on Bootstrap 5 with vanilla JavaScript and no jQuery.

How to choose
Start with the kind of event and the shape of its programme. For a conference or meetup, the choice is between Conference and Summit. Conference is the dependable Bootstrap 5 option for a one-day event with a single agenda. Summit handles several days and two tracks, with a day-tabbed schedule and a checkout dialog, but it runs on Bootstrap 6 alpha and supports evergreen browsers only. Festivals with several stages and a lineup that changes by day belong on Reverb. If your programme is a list of films and screenings, Reel's strand filter and day-by-day tabs match the way audiences browse a selection. For a private family gathering, go straight to Homecoming. Whichever you choose, link the ticket buttons to your ticketing provider, because none of these templates takes payment.
Family reunion organisers now have a template of their own in Homecoming. It puts everything relatives need before the trip on one page: the weekend schedule, the venue and where to stay with booking codes, a household RSVP that adds up the headcount and fees, T-shirt orders, a contribution fund and a family tree, with a second page for photos, stories and tributes. It also suits clan and heritage reunions, milestone anniversary weekends and family camp weekends. Its RSVP, shirt and memory forms send nothing until you connect a form service or backend, and the Pay button needs your own PayPal.me, Venmo or Stripe Payment Link.
Frequently asked questions
Does the countdown or the schedule update itself?
The countdowns in Summit, Reverb and Homecoming are live JavaScript and tick down in real time. Reverb reads its target date from the hero markup and Homecoming from a data-countdown attribute, so you change one date to your own, while Summit's countdown needs your event date set before launch. Agendas, set times, screening programmes and reunion schedules are plain content that changes only when you edit it, for example by adding a row to a Reverb stage list or copying a screening slot in one of Reel's day panels.
Can I sell tickets or collect payments through these templates?
No. The ticket tiers, passes and buy buttons are front-end layouts with no payment processing, so point them at your own checkout, such as an Eventbrite listing, a Stripe payment link, DICE or See Tickets. Summit's checkout dialog collects ticket, workshop and dietary choices in the browser, but it sends nothing until you connect it to a ticketing service, form handler or backend. Homecoming's fees and contribution fund have a marked Pay button for a PayPal.me, Venmo or Stripe Payment Link, so the page never handles card details.
Is the Bootstrap 6 template ready for a live conference site?
Summit is built on Bootstrap 6, which has not been released and is still changing, so treat it as a head start on v6 rather than a base you will maintain for years. The framework is vendored at a pinned commit, so nothing drifts under you, but it targets evergreen browsers only: Safari 16.4+, Chrome 111+ and Firefox 113+. If your attendees may be on older devices, Conference on Bootstrap 5 is the safer choice.
How do I add speakers, acts, films or family members?
Conference, Reverb and Reel are edited directly in the HTML, with no build step. In Conference you update the speaker photos, names and agenda in the markup; in Reverb you edit the artist names in the lineup panels and the rows in each stage list. In Reel you duplicate a film item and set its data-section attribute to the right strand so the filter picks it up. Homecoming's family tree is plain nested HTML lists, so you add or remove people as list items and the connectors, collapsible branches and name search keep working.
Do the newsletter and signup forms collect email addresses?
Not on their own. Reverb's form validates name and email and shows a success state, and Reel's validates the email inline, but like every form here they send nothing until you connect them to an email service such as Mailchimp, a form service or your own backend. Decide where addresses will go before you start promoting the event.
