How to use it
Download the zip, unzip it and open index.html in a browser. Replace the placeholder copy, plans and team details in each HTML file. Styles are in style.min.css on top of bootstrap.min.css, with animate.css and icomoon.css for animation and icons; scripts are custom.min.js and bootstrap.bundle.min.js. The forms send nothing until you connect them to a form service or backend. Upload the finished folder to any static host.
