Download the ZIP, unzip it, and open index.html — no build step, nothing to install. Edit the text and images, point any forms at your backend or a form service, and deploy the folder to any static host. Colours and fonts live in css/style.css; the interactions are in js/main.js.

Is Restore free to use, including for commercial projects?
Yes. Restore is free and follows the standard uiCookies license, which covers commercial use such as a real clinic website. The one requirement is attribution, and the exact terms are on the uiCookies license page. There is no paid tier or locked version — what you download is the complete two-page template.
Does the appointment and booking form actually send messages?
No. Restore is a static front-end template, so both the hero mini-form and the full booking form on the Treatments page are fully marked up and validated in the browser but have no backend attached. To make them send, point the form action at your own server-side script or a form-handling service such as Formspree, Basin or Netlify Forms. The validation, error messages and success confirmation all work out of the box.
Do I need to know how to code to customize Restore?
Basic HTML and CSS are enough for most edits. The text, therapist names, prices, phone number and address are plain HTML you can change directly, and the entire color palette is defined as CSS custom properties at the top of css/style.css, so you can rebrand the whole site by editing a handful of values. No build step or framework tooling is required to launch it.
How do I change the colors and fonts?
The teal and coral palette lives in the :root block of css/style.css as custom properties like –teal, –coral and –ink, so changing a few values recolors the whole template consistently. The fonts are Hanken Grotesk for headings and Mulish for body text, loaded from Google Fonts in the page head and referenced through the –font-head and –font-body variables. Swap the Google Fonts link and those two variables to use a different pairing.
Is Restore responsive and mobile-friendly?
Yes. It is built mobile-first on the Bootstrap 5 grid and adapts fluidly from large desktops down to phones. The navigation collapses into a working custom hamburger menu on small screens, the services and treatment grids reflow to fewer columns, and floating stat cards stack neatly inline so nothing overlaps on narrow viewports.
Will the site still work if a visitor has JavaScript disabled?
Yes — Restore is built with progressive enhancement. All content is fully visible without JavaScript because the scroll-reveal animations only hide elements when a .js class is present on the page, which the script adds first. With JavaScript on you additionally get the count-up numbers, testimonial slider, treatment filtering, scrollspy and live form validation, all written in vanilla JavaScript with no jQuery.
How accessible is the template?
Restore uses semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), a skip-to-content link, descriptive alt text on every image, and ARIA attributes on the custom widgets such as the accordion, slider and filter controls. Focus states are clearly visible, the accordion and slider are keyboard operable, and all motion respects the visitor's prefers-reduced-motion setting. It targets modern evergreen browsers rather than legacy Internet Explorer.
What is included in the download, and what should I replace before launch?
You get two HTML pages (index.html and the Treatments & Booking page), the custom css/style.css design layer, self-hosted Bootstrap 5 CSS and JS, and the vanilla js/main.js. The demo therapist names, patient stories, prices, insurance list, phone number and Portland address are placeholders — swap them for your clinic's real details, add your own optimized images to the img folder, and connect the forms to your backend before going live.
