Locale — Free Bootstrap 6 Directory Website Template
Locale is a free, premium Bootstrap 6 directory and listings template for city guides, local business directories and marketplaces. It pairs a filterable results page — search bar, category nav, map rail and listing grid — with a complete business detail page covering reviews, opening hours, photos and a review form.
This is the template that makes the strongest case for Bootstrap 6. The search bar uses searchable and multi-select Comboboxes, the category nav uses Nav overflow to fold extra items into a menu as the viewport narrows, and the filter drawer combines Chip input, Range with a value bubble and the new Datepicker. Not one of those components exists in Bootstrap 5.

Before you use it
Bootstrap 6 has not been released. npm i bootstrap@6 does not work yet and the framework is still changing, so treat this as a head start on learning v6 rather than a foundation for a production site you need to maintain today. The framework is vendored into the template at a pinned commit, so nothing here can drift. It targets evergreen browsers only — Safari 16.4+, Chrome 111+ and Firefox 113+ — because Bootstrap 6 is built on oklch() and color-mix().
