Servicepass — Free Restaurant Operations Template
Servicepass connects the front-of-house decisions that are usually shown as separate mockups. A reservation occupies a table for a 90-minute service interval, the floor can seat that party when its time arrives, and the kitchen board keeps its tickets attached to the table. Closing the table checks for unfinished food and then moves it to reset before it can be seated again. The four-page Bootstrap 5 template uses a fixed, labelled demo service clock and fictional guests. It saves locally and does not take real bookings or payments.

Frequently asked questions
Is Servicepass free for commercial use?
Yes. Free for personal and commercial use, including client work. Attribution is optional but always welcome. Full terms: uicookies.com/license
What does the download include?
4 HTML pages (index.html, reservations.html, floor.html, kitchen.html), Bootstrap 5.3.8, one design stylesheet and one vanilla JavaScript file. No npm installation or build command is required.
Does it connect to a backend?
No. All people and records are fictional, and changes are saved in localStorage in this browser only. No emails, payments or real bookings are sent. Replace the data and persistence helpers with your own authenticated API for production.
How do I customize the template?
Change colors and typography using the custom properties at the top of css/style.css. Edit content in the HTML pages and the initial data arrays in js/main.js. Reset demo clears only this template’s saved demo records.
Does this take real reservations or send kitchen orders?
No. Every guest, booking and ticket is fictional and stored only in this browser. A real system needs authenticated shared storage, concurrency checks, a reservation service and a POS or kitchen integration.
