About this set
A footer for an online shop that does more than list links. It opens with a tinted trust row of four promises, each with a small line icon: free delivery over a threshold, a returns window, secure checkout and support hours. Below that sit four link columns (Shop, Help, About, Account) and a newsletter column with a one-line pitch, an email field with a Join button, and a row of payment marks for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. A thin legal bar closes it with the company line and Privacy, Terms and Cookies links. Use it on a store where shoppers scroll to the bottom looking for delivery and returns answers before they buy. The trust row goes from four columns to two and then one as the screen narrows, and the link columns follow the same steps. The payment marks are text badges grouped under one role=”img” label, so a screen reader hears a single sentence rather than five abbreviations. The Bootstrap version uses the grid, .nav.flex-column lists, an .input-group form and .badge marks.
What’s included
- Trust row with four icon promises that reflows from four columns to one
- Four link columns inside a nav labelled Footer
- Newsletter form with a hidden label, type="email" and autocomplete="email"
- Payment marks announced as one sentence through role="img"

Accessibility
Link columns sit in a nav labelled Footer under h2 headings, and the legal links in a nav labelled Legal. The email field has a visually hidden label, autocomplete="email" and a teal focus ring; links and the button show a 2px teal outline on keyboard focus. Icons are aria-hidden, and all small grey text meets 4.5:1.
Customise it
Change the teal #0f766e (icons, button, focus) and the #f6f8fb trust-row tint in the .fe rules. In Bootstrap the button colours are --bs-btn-* variables on .fe-news .btn and the badge colours are inline; in Tailwind edit the bg-[#0f766e] and stroke-[#0f766e] utilities.
