How to use it

Download the ZIP, unzip it, and open index.html — no build step, nothing to install. Edit the text and images, point any forms at your backend or a form service, and deploy the folder to any static host. Colours and fonts live in css/style.css; the interactions are in js/main.js.

Frequently asked questions

Is Frame free to use, including for commercial projects?

Yes. Frame is free and follows the standard uiCookies license, which covers commercial use. The one requirement is attribution, and the exact terms are listed on the uiCookies license page. There's no paid tier or locked version — what you download is the complete template.

Can I edit Frame without coding skills or a build tool?

Frame is a static front-end template, so you edit the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files directly and no build step is required to launch it. Basic HTML is enough to swap text, images, and links. SCSS source files are included if you want to recompile the styles, but using them is optional.

How do I change the colours and fonts?

Colours, spacing, and typography are defined in the SCSS sources included with the template, so you can set them in one place and recompile. If you'd rather skip SCSS, you can override the same values in the compiled CSS. Icons come from the bundled icomoon icon font.

Is Frame responsive and mobile-friendly?

Yes. It's built on the Bootstrap 5 grid, so the layout adapts fluidly from large desktops down to phones. The mobile navigation uses Bootstrap's own collapse component rather than a third-party plugin, keeping the menu reliable and lightweight on small screens.

Which browsers does Frame support?

Frame targets modern evergreen browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The scroll-in animations rely on IntersectionObserver, which is supported across all current browsers, and they automatically respect a visitor's reduced-motion preference. It is not built for legacy Internet Explorer.

Does the contact form actually send messages?

No. Frame is a static front-end, so the contact form is fully marked up and validated but has no backend attached. To make it send, connect it to a form-handling service or your own server-side script. There's also no CMS or database wired in by default, so any dynamic content needs to be added yourself.

What makes Frame's JavaScript different from other Bootstrap templates?

Frame is completely jQuery-free and uses no third-party plugins. Scrollspy, smooth scrolling, the auto-hiding navbar, and the staggered scroll-in animations are all plain vanilla JavaScript, with the animations running on IntersectionObserver. That keeps the page light and removes the plugin dependencies you'd otherwise have to maintain.

What's included in the download?

You get the single-page HTML template with all its sections — hero, services, feature rows, pricing, testimonials, FAQ, CTA, and contact — plus the compiled CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The SCSS source files, the icomoon icon font, and Unsplash demo images are bundled too. Swap the demo photos for your own optimized images before going live.
